We ride the OUCA cargo bike, an electrically-assisted 8-seat vehicle built in Finland and used by child transport services across Europe. Motorbike-grade tyres mean fewer punctures and lower maintenance. A 180kg payload means it handles every kind of weather, every kind of hill, every kind of day.

Every Fountain Fleet rider is a trained childcare professional first and a cyclist second. We don't put anyone on a bike with your child until they meet every one of our standards, no exceptions.

The school run accounts for around 20% of rush hour traffic. Idling engines concentrate NO2 and PM2.5 at exactly one metre off the ground, children's breathing height.
