What exactly do I get with membership?
A guaranteed place on the route, priority booking across the term, access to workshops and the Friday Homework Studio, early access to holiday programmes, and a healthy snack on every ride. Transport is charged at £10 per collection on top - so you always know exactly what you're paying.
How do I know my child is safe?
Every rider is DBS-checked, first aid qualified, Bikeability Level 3 trained, and has a professional childcare background. We use pre-approved routes, and operate strict ID verification at pick-up and drop-off. You receive confirmation the moment your child is collected and the moment they arrive.
Can I change my schedule during the term?
Yes - if your family's needs shift, we'll do our best to accommodate changes at the start of each new term. We keep our routes intentionally small so every family gets proper attention, which means we manage changes carefully.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Membership runs termly so we can plan routes properly and look after every child consistently. If you need to leave, just let us know before the end of term and we'll sort it. We're a small, human operation - just talk to us.
